There’s no age restriction. Most of our students are working IT professionals between 25-50, but we’ve trained learners from college students to senior engineers in their 60s. As long as you’re motivated to learn, you’re welcome.

Most students start with one course (usually Microsoft Intune) and add others later. You can enroll in multiple programs simultaneously if you have the time, but we recommend completing one before starting the next for better retention.

We offer a refund window depending on which program you enrolled in. Specific terms are shared during enrollment. After the refund window closes, you retain lifetime access to all course materials and recordings even if you don’t complete live sessions.

A reliable computer (Windows or macOS) with at least 8 GB RAM, a stable internet connection, and a free Microsoft account. We’ll guide you through setting up a free Microsoft 365 trial tenant for hands-on labs. No expensive software or hardware required.

Once enrolled, you receive login credentials to our learning portal. All slides, lab guides, recorded videos, cheat sheets, and reference materials are available for download. Access remains active for the lifetime of the course.
